You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All quizzes, articles, and platform materials created by TestGenius or its content contributors remain the intellectual property of TestGenius unless otherwise stated. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

Content submitted by approved contributors is reviewed before publication, but TestGenius does not guarantee the completeness or ongoing accuracy of every item. See our Disclaimer for more on this.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued upon passing a quiz reflect performance on that specific quiz at the time it was taken. They are not a substitute for, and do not guarantee, any official qualification, accreditation, or exam outcome.

7. Job Listings

Job listings displayed on TestGenius are submitted by third parties or aggregated from external sources. TestGenius is not the employer for any listed position and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TestGenius, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TestGenius is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
